Division overview

Water Treatment Division

The Water Treatment Division designs and delivers drinking water treatment, industrial process water and wastewater treatment plants — covering filtration, disinfection, recycling and discharge to receiving water bodies. Designed to EU water and environment standards across the full DBOM cycle.

Scope of services

What we deliver

  • Drinking water treatment plants — surface, groundwater and brackish
  • Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) — physical, chemical and biological treatment
  • Industrial process water treatment and recycling systems
  • Filtration, disinfection (UV, chlorine, ozone) and pH correction
  • Sludge dewatering and stabilisation
  • Pumping stations, equalisation and distribution networks
  • SCADA-integrated remote monitoring and control
  • Compliance reporting per EU Water Framework Directive and Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive
Core expertise

How we work

  • Hydraulic and process engineering for drinking water and WWTPs
  • Membrane processes (UF, RO, NF) for industrial water reuse
  • Biological treatment design (activated sludge, MBR, SBR)
  • Sludge handling and dewatering
  • Energy optimisation in water treatment operations
  • Integration with SCADA, EMS and remote operations centres
Sectors served

Where we deliver

  • Municipal water and wastewater utilities
  • Industrial clients with high water demand (food, pharma, manufacturing)
  • Hospitality and large institutional facilities
  • Donor-financed water infrastructure projects (EU, KfW, EBRD, WBIF)

Water Treatment is the youngest of the technical divisions but a strategic priority — sitting at the intersection of climate adaptation, public health and EU directive compliance.
