Commitment
APIS Group is committed to making its digital channels accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including users with visual, auditory, motor or cognitive disabilities. This commitment reflects both ethical responsibility and our intent to align with the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549.
Standards we follow
This website aims for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance: perceivable content (text alternatives, captions, contrast), operable interface (keyboard navigation, no seizure-inducing motion, sufficient time), understandable operation (predictable navigation, input assistance), and robust compatibility (assistive technology support).
What we have done
Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks. Alt text for meaningful images. Visible keyboard focus indicators. Sufficient colour contrast (≥4.5:1 for body text). Skip-to-content link. ARIA labelling on interactive controls. Mobile-responsive layouts that respect zoom and reflow.
Known limitations
We are continuously improving. Some legacy content (older PDFs, embedded third-party widgets) may not yet meet full WCAG AA. We are working to remediate or replace these. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we will respond and prioritise the fix.
How to report a barrier
Email accessibility@apisgroup.net describing the page, the issue and (if possible) the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and resolve or provide an alternative within twenty working days.
Enforcement
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant national accessibility authority in your country.
