Real projects, real scope
From utility-scale solar to mixed-use commercial integration, juniors get exposure to live decisions, not just observation.
Real responsibility, on real projects, alongside experienced engineers. We hire across all eighteen disciplines — from graduate programmes through senior technical leadership.
Engineering is more rewarding when you can see it built, run, and improved. We're built for people who want their work to outlast the project hand-over.
From utility-scale solar to mixed-use commercial integration, juniors get exposure to live decisions, not just observation.
Eighteen disciplines under one roof means engineers don't stay in silos — exposure to MEP, automation, ICT and energy systems on every project.
Graduate programmes, technical certifications, support for chartered engineering paths and continuing professional development.
EU- and IFI-grade project documentation, international standards, and client engagement across the Balkans and EU markets.
We hire continuously across these categories. Applications are kept on file and reviewed against active openings — submit yours regardless of whether a specific role is currently posted.
We hire for capability, accountability and the willingness to keep learning. Specific qualifications matter, but so does how you think when the design assumption breaks at 22:00 on commissioning night.
Relevant engineering degree or vocational qualification; demonstrable hands-on experience for trade roles.
Comfort with EN, IEC, IEEE, Eurocode references — or the appetite to get there.
English working proficiency for international project communication. Albanian and other regional languages valued.
No project deliverable trumps safety. We expect this to be intrinsic, not enforced.
APIS Group is an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions on the basis of qualifications, capability and fit — not gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.
